"You have no memory of Decade? Then let me remind you."

*The figure pulls out a handgun. He inserts a card into the barrel, then pulls on it. The gun extends an extra six inches, forming a window that shows the card*

"Kamen Ride: DiEnd!"

*He points the gun in the air and fires it. Ghostly bodies appear and fly around the figure, then converge on him, forming a black bodysuit with light blue accents. Ten cards slot into its helmet, forming a visor*

"I am DiEnd. Fight me, Decade!"

*DiEnd shoots card-shaped energy blasts at Ryder*

*Ryder dodges the attack*

"Henshin! Ryder Meteor!"

*Ryder's suit becomes black with a star design. Her armor becomes blue, and her helmet shines with a blue light*

"Your fate is mine to decide!"

*She runs toward DiEnd and delivers a series of punches*

*DiEnd dodges Ryder's attacks. He jumps back and inserts a golden card into his gun*

"Final Form Ride: De-De-De-Decade!"

*He points the gun at Ryder*

"This will only hurt for a moment."

*He shoots Ryder in the chest*

*Ryder is hit directly in the chest. She reverts to Base form, then her armor begins to change. It becomes black and pink with a white cross going across her chest*

"Wh-What's happening to me?!"

*Pink cards slot into her helmet, forming her visor*

"Ack! What is this?!"

*Her bracelet disappears, and a new Driver, a card reader, appears on her belt. She looks at DiEnd*

"What have you done to me?!"

"I've reawakened your true powers, Decade. Your abilities to become other worlds' Riders is not due to your status as a Singularity Point. You are a spacial anomaly, a being that does not belong in any world."

*DiEnd begins to walk away*

"You are the destroyer of worlds, Decade. You will destroy this world, and all others you come in contact with. Remember that, Decade!"

*He creates a card-shaped portal and enters it. It closes behind him*

"Destroyer of worlds...? Yeah, right!"

*Ryder turns back into Val and turns to the others*

"We have to find Matter-Horn and the Gemini Twins. Spread out and look for them!"

"I'll scan the area."

*Skull pulls out a camera and inserts a GaiaMemory into it. The camera transforms into a bat and begins flying around the room. It discovers a hidden button behind a pillar and presses it. A secret door in the back wall opens, revealing Matter-Horn and the Gemini Twins*

"Aha! Good work, BatShot!"

*Skull removes the Memory from the camera and approaches the captives*

"Matter-Horn, I presume? Are you all right?"

"I'm fine, but the twins aren't doing so well..."

*The Gemini Twins are unconscious. Matter-Horn picks them up and carries them out of the hidden room, then lays them out on the ground*

"That... thing that kidnapped us knocked them out with some sort of energy wave. I've been trying to wake them up with an energizing beam, but it hasn't worked."

"I have this small pellet that acts like a smelling-salt."

*Sys holds the pellet in front of the Gemini Twin's snouts."

*The two wake up with a start. Blue begins to cough and choke*

"Bleh! What is that?! It smells worse than Red's dirty gym socks!"

"Hey!!"

*Red glares angrily at Blue, then looks at the pellet in Systole's hoof*

"That's an ammonium carbonate concentrate, right? That stuff's way too potent to use on a normal pony. Try diluting the formula a bit."

*Blue looks at Skull*

"I haven't seen you around before. What's your name?"

*Skull sees an opportunity to act cool*

"I... am the reaper. I reap the souls of those who would see the destruction of our fair city. From the shadows, I defend Maretropolis from evil. I am Skull!"

*Val silently removes Skull's Memory from his Driver*

*Skull's armor disappears, and he turns back into Silver. He doesn't notice at first, continuing his monologue*

"Every villain in Equestria knows to fear this mask. Every ne'er-do-well trembles in fear at the mere mention of the name Skull! Every-"

*He reaches for his gun, then realizes that his armor is gone*

"Wha- When- How?"

*He looks at Val*

"Give it back."

*He holds out his hoof*

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

*Silver snatches the Memory back and turns back to Blue*

"Ahem... Anyways, I am Skull. Nice to meet you."

"Likewise."

*Blue nods at Silver, then turns to Red*

"Hey, big bro?"

"Yeah, sis?"

"I wanna make sure that beam didn't mess with our powers. Let's test them really quick."

*She closes her eyes and focuses*

*Red does the same. A vortex of energy is formed between them. Red opens his eyes, and the vortex disappears*

"Good. Our powers are still online."

*Matter-Horn approaches Silver*

"We owe you our lives, Skull. Thank you."

"Don't mention it. It's the least I could do."

*He hears something*

"Get down!!"

*He tackles Matter-Horn to the ground as a laser passes over their heads*

"That was close."

*He takes out the Skull Memory and puts it in his Driver, transforming into Skull. He draws his gun and looks around*

"Where are you? Show yourself!"

*DiEnd steps out of the shadows*

"I've decided... I cannot allow you to leave this room alive."

*DiEnd inserts a card into his gun, extends it, and pulls the trigger*

"Kamen Ride: Dark Kiva!"

*DiEnd summons a dark version of Ryder's Kiva form. He escapes as Dark Kiva approaches Val*

"You will not escape. This is my proclamation... as the king of darkness."

*Dark Kiva jumps up and dive-kicks Val*

*The attack connects. Val is knocked over. She regains her footing, then reaches for her bracelet, which is no longer there*

"Huh? How am I supposed to transform?"

*She notices that she is still wearing the DecaDriver and the card case*

"Oh! I get it!"

*She removes a card from the case and inserts it into the DecaDriver*

"Kamen Ride: Decade!"

*She turns into Decade and inserts another card into the DecaDriver*

"Attack Ride: Slash!"

*A sword materializes in her hoof, which she swings at Dark Kiva*

*Dark Kiva blocks the attack and counters with a punch*
