*M-Ryder stands up slowly*

"Tch! Teleportation... That's a dirty trick. Urataros is more suited to this kinda fighting. You're up, Ura!"

*She presses the blue button on her Driver*

"Rod Form!"

*Her armor turns blue, and her visor turns blue and turtle shell-shaped. Her mannerisms become more calm and collected*

"Mind if I... reel you in?"

*She pulls a bo staff from a holster on her back and assumes a defensive stance*

*Eternal points its knife at Ryder The knife glows white*

"Eternal Sonata."

*Many waves of energy are emitted from the knife and fly toward Ryder*

*U-Ryder deflects the energy waves with her staff. She presses the blue button on her Driver*

"Full Charge!"

*Her staff becomes cloaked in blue energy focused at the points*

"Aqua Lancer!"

*She throws the staff like a javelin at Eternal*

*Eternal narrowly dodges the attack*

"This power is beyond my current abilities. I must retreat for now."

*Eternal teleports away*

"He's gone. Ah, well. You can't win 'em all."

*U-Ryder transforms back into Valerie. Her appearance has changed again, as seen below*



*She turns to Systole and Libra*

"You two. Won't you help me find that interesting pony?"

*Confused*

"Which pony? The Masked Matter-horn?"

"Who's that?"

*U-Val looks at the spot where Eternal was*

"No, I'm talking about the one that just left. Eternal, was it?"

*Libra uses her clairvoyance to see into Val's mind*

"What in the world?"

*She stops using clairvoyance*

"Something weird is happening. Val's mind has been taken over by... something."

*U-Val continues to stare at the spot where Eternal was*

"I believe an explanation is in order. You see, when Valerie transforms into her Den-O form, she turns over control of her body to me or one of my sisters."

*She turns to Systole and Libra*

"My name's Urataros, but you can call me Ura."

"Hold on, Ura. Why are you still in Val's body?"

"So... what is a common thing that Eternal is attracted to?"

*Libra's eyes flash blue*

"I can sense Eternal's presence. It's coming back! Get ready!"

"Excellent. Remember, we have to make him use that attack again! Henshin!"

*Ura transforms into Ryder Den-O Rod Form*

*Eternal teleports in*

"Target sighted. Engaging."

*He pulls out another GaiaMemory and puts it in his Driver*

"Memory Change. Nazca."

*His armor turns blue with bronze accents that resemble the Nazca Lines. He draws a similarly-colored sword and charges at Ryder*

*Ura sidesteps Eternal's charge*

"A swordsman, eh? Do you know what weapon will always beat a sword?"

*She presses the purple button on her Driver*

"Gun Form!"

*Ryder's armor turns purple, and her visor becomes shaped like a dragon's head. Her mannerisms become more child-like*

"Hey, mind if I defeat you?"

*She draws a ray-gun from a holster on her belt*

"I can't hear you!"

*She shoots at Eternal*

*Eternal is hit in the shoulder*

"Nazca Line: Condor."

*Wings made of lines of orange energy sprout from his back. He uses them to fly at Ryder and slash at her*

*Ryder tries to dodge, but is grazed by the attack*

"Ow! That was mean!"

*She shoots multiple energy blasts at Eternal*

*Eternal dodges most of the shots, but his driver is hit by one. The Nazca Memory is ejected from the Driver, and his armor returns to its original state. The Driver begins to spark and fizzle*

"My Driver!"

*He grabs the Nazca Memory and teleports away*

"Hey! Come back! I'm not done with you!"

*Ryder runs to the spot where Eternal was*

"Aw, man..."

*She transforms back into Val. Again, her appearance has changed*



"Now who am I gonna play with?"

"Another different form? Who are you this time?"

*Val turns to look at Libra*

"I'm Ryutaros. Who're you?"

"My name's Libra. I'm Val's friend."

"I am Systole/Miles, also Val's acquaintance."
