My Little Pony (MLP) Roleplay

"Thank you, I'll bring you the books."

*He slides the load of books to Axle. *

"You can come back to examine after you have returned it. "

"I'll be back in a minute. Just rest until I return."

*Axle takes the books and goes to Golden Oaks. The door is open, so he walks in*

"Twilight? I have some books to return."

[[NOTE: I would like to make this occur after Magical Mystery Cure; henceforth, Twilight will be an alicorn rather than a unicorn.]]

*Twilight is standing on a raised balcony*

"Oh, hello, Mr. Gear. One second, please."

*Twilight tries to glide down gently, but crashes*

"Oof! I'm still not used to these wings yet..."

*Axle rushes over to help her up*

"Are you okay, Twilight? Er, I mean, Princess Twilight?"

"Mr. Gear, you know I don't like my friends calling me that. Please, unless it's for royal business, just call me Twilight."

*She gets up and takes the books from Axle*

"Say, these are the books I loaned Mr. Radian. How has he been doing?"

"Not well, I'm afraid. He's really sick. I'm going to go back to his house and see if I can help him at all."

"Let me come with! I have a few medical books here somewhere..."

*Twilight uses her magic to pull books off the shelves and looks through them*

"I couldn't ask you to do that. You look like you've got your hooves full here."

"Nonsense! There's always time to help my friends."

*Twilight puts some supplies in her saddle bag and puts it on*

"Well, if you insist..."

*Axle and Twilight head back to Sine's house. Axle gently knocks on the door*

"Sine? I'm back, and Twilight's here, too."

"The door is unlocked. You may come in..." He says while lying on the sofa.

*The two enter Sine's house and approach Sine*

"You look awful, Sine. Tell me what's wrong."

"My head hurts badly, and my vision Is somewhat blurry. I feel lightheaded sometimes and that accompanied with me being dizzy. "

*Twilight checks Sine's symptoms in a medical encyclopedia*

"Hmm... Looks like an ear infection to me. Any other symptoms?"

"My headache becomes demonic when I am exposed to bright light or loud sounds. "

"Demonic...? You mean it gets worse?"

"A lot worse. "

"Hmm..."

*Twilight flips through her book*

"It must be migraines. I remember Shining Armor used to have them when he had to use all of his magic to create a shield around Canterlot. But you aren't a unicorn, so it can't have anything to do with magic."

"Can I try something, Twilight? I want to try out a new gadget I've been working on. It can sense even the smallest traces of magical residue."

"Go ahead, Mr. Gear. I don't see how it could hurt anything."

"Okay."

*Axle uses his magic to pull out a device similar to a real-world metal detector used in airports*

"Let's test it out first..."

*He waves the device over Twilight's horn. It emits a loud beeping noise.*

"Oops! I forgot to turn down the alarm. One second..."

*He twists a few knobs, and the beeping quiets down. He waves the device over Sine, and it reacts when waved over his head*

"Huh? That's odd."

"There's magic residue on Sine's head... Could it be causing his migraines?"

"It seems very likely. Migraines of this severity rarely occur without some sort of magic interference."

"Sine, have you been anywhere where magic could have affected you?"

"I don't remember being in a place with a high concentration of magic. "
