"I'm not sure how well that'll work. Cerebrum might know who you are. You're welcome to try, though. I'll be ready in case things get ugly."

"Wait here."

*Miles rushes back to the University, and grabs his teaching uniform from years past.*

"I think this will do it."

*Miles slowly observes the gymnasium for any security cameras. He then snuck into the building with a proper teacher dress and ID card. He gets to the machine, and quietly plugs the drive in. He imports the virus and hides it deep into the drive. He then sees the launch icon. He opens up the shortcut properties, and lets it redirect to the virus path. He went and killed the antivirus process, and quietly left the gymnasium.*

*Cerebrum notices Miles leaving. He follows him and stops him at the door*

"I don't remember seeing you around here before. Are you one of the new recruits?"

*He eyes Miles suspiciously*

"Recruits? I am a former Medical professor, and I came here to do some errands for the other staff members."

"Really, now? I don't recall sending anypony out to do errands. Let me see your ID."

*Lunaria sends a telepathic message to Miles*

~Don't do it, Miles! He'll recognize you immediately! Try and find some way out of it!~

*His ID card has a simple, but powerful circuit with micro metal contacts. He hides his ID. He looks at the clock.*

"It looks like the Meds lecture is about to start, I have to be there to sub."

*He crosses to the door.*

*Cerebrum blocks the way*

"Show me your ID. Now."

~Miles! There's no way you're gonna get past him. You have to fight!~

*Miles then suddenly realizes that there is a defense mechanism in those ID cards. The ID cards he has were old ones that did not pass the safety regulations in the present. They register using high voltage electricity in order to gain access. Mile's card happens to have a working circuit that can expel thousands of amperes of electricity when he wants it to. The card has micro-contacts.*

"Sure. Look at it."

*Cerebrum takes the card*

"Miles Bukowski..."

*He stares at the card for a moment, then looks up at Miles*

"Wait a minute...! It's you!"

"Yes. It is me."

*He reveals himself as Sys now.*

*Using his internal power, he remotely activated the card that Cerebrum is holding.*

*Cerebrum is shocked by the card. He drops it and glares angrily at Systole*

"You... You've done something to my machine!"

*He picks up a nearby metal pole and swings it at Systole*

*Ryder notices the action beginning. She decides to observe for a while and take note of Cerebrum's abilities*

*Sys starts to build up a very strong and lethal static charge around him that is the opposite of the metal rod.*

*As the metal pole hits Systole, the electricity is conducted through the pole. He realizes what is happening, and drops the pole before the electricity reaches him*

"Nice try, Systole."

*He runs over to a nearby box and opens it. He takes a stun baton out of the box and swings it at Sine*

*The electricity lessed the impact of the blow.*

*Sys then evades the baton, and then runs to the computer.*

*He runs any program that directs to the virus, and the virus worked.*

"Error: Your computer is now mine, why? Because I didn't had nothing to do as I thought, why not make the evil? Remember NOW YOUR PC IS IN MY POWER..." [sic]

"Yes... Let it do it's payload."

*He can hear the whole drive being formatted.*

*Then, black screen.*

"You... What have you done?!"

*Cerebrum rushes over to the machine and attempts to activate it. It does not respond*

"My weapon... My life's work... Ruined..."

*He turns toward Systole, his eyes full of hatred*

"You'll pay for this!"

*He reaches into the machine and pulls out the power source: a large chunk of a strange metallic substance. Its surface is covered in undulating patterns and colors.*

"Do you know what this is, Systole?"

"Never seen it before. All the power sources I have seen are AC adapters."

*Ryder enters the gymnasium and sees the power source*

"That's Discordium. It's a magical, radioactive element that can only be found near the center of the planet. Some scholars believe it to be the source of all unicorn magic."

*Cerebrum nods*

"That's right, Ryder."

*Cerebrum raises the Discordium above his head*

"And now... Let's see what happens when it reacts with my powers."

*He blasts the Discordium with a mind-control ray. It turns completely green*

"Just as I expected."

*A beam of energy connects Cerebrum and the Discordium. The element begins to fade away, and Cerebrum is surrounded with green energy*

"Yes... Such power..."

*He lifts a hoof toward a nearby box. A bolt of energy shoots out of his hoof and destroys the box*

"This is the power... of complete and total destruction!"

*He begins to shoot energy bolts randomly in all directions. Everything that is hit with an energy bolt is destroyed*

"Get down!"

*Ryder tackles Systole to the ground, narrowly missing a bolt in the process*

"We have to drain that energy from him somehow. But... how?"

"I have to think about that... I am not a specialist with magic."

"In the meantime, I'll try and contain his power a bit."

*Ryder takes out a small device that looks like a USB drive - a GaiaMemory. It is red, with a large A embossed on it.*

"I'll need all the speed I can get."

*She presses a button on the Memory. On her belt, a Driver that looks like a motorcycle's handlebars appears. She plugs the Memory into the Driver*

"Henshin! Ryder Accel!"

*Her suit turns red, and her visor becomes a motorcycle helmet. Two wheels appear on her back legs, one on each leg, as well as one on her back. She uses the wheels on her legs to approach Cerebrum while dodging energy bolts, then delivers a series of quick kicks*

*Cerebrum does not react to the kicks. He emits a shockwave of energy that knocks Ryder away*
