*Wiseman switches the ring on his right hand and scans it*

"Barrier, Now!"

*A magic circle appears between Ryuki and Wiseman, blocking Ryuki's attack. Wiseman switches his ring again and scans the new ring*

"Chains, Now!"

*Another magic circle appears beneath Ryuki. Steel chains shoot out from the circle and bind Ryuki to the spot*

"The finale."

*He switches his ring again, this time for a sapphire ring. He scans the ring*

"Yes! Blizzard! Understand?"

*A blue magic circle opens in front of Wiseman and shoots a massive blast of cold, snow, and ice at Ryuki*

"Jinga Majuna!"

*A barrier made of red energy appears between Ryuki and Wiseman, absorbing his attack*

"Phew. That was close."

*A red-suited, dragon-like figure steps out from behind a statue. He wears a red cape and a helmet with a visor shaped like a phoenix*

"You were almost an ice sculpture, Ryuki."

*A Diamond Dog-like figure steps out from behind a wall. He is wearing a similar outfit to the red individual, but it is blue, and his visor is shaped like a fish's tail-fin*

"I wonder if those rings are worth anything..."

*Another similarly-clothed figure appears, this one a female griffon, dressed in yellow with a Thunderbird visor*

"Are you okay, Ryuki? Any injuries?"

*Yet another figure appears; a male pegasus dressed in green with a bull design on his visor*

"I do hope we aren't intruding, Ryuki."

*One more figure appears, a female unicorn in pink with a butterfly visor*

*Wiseman is clearly startled by the sudden appearance of so many strangely-dressed individuals*

"Who are you all? Why are you here?"

"Who are we?"

"We're magicians."

*The group lines up and strikes a pose*

"The burning flame elemental! Red mage, MagiRed!"

"The flowing water elemental! Blue mage, MagiBlue!"

"The striking thunder elemental! Yellow mage, MagiYellow!"

"The shaking earth elemental! Green mage, MagiGreen!"

"The blowing wind elemental! Pink mage, MagiPink!"

*They stand straight and point at Wiseman*

"Our overflowing courage becomes magic!"

*They all strike another pose and shout at the same time*

"Mahou Sentai: MagiRanger!"

*Wiseman facepalms and mutters under his breath*

"Dear Celestia... Strange ones like these give proper wizards a bad name."

*He looks at the prismatic group before him*

"Why are you interrupting our battle? This has nothing to do with you."

"On the contrary, Wiseman..."

"It has everything to do with us."

"We saw everything. We saw Ryuki here transform from Wizard."

"That kind of power interests us."

"And whenever we're interested in something, we defend it with our lives."

"You are attacking our interest; therefore, you are our enemy."

*MagiYellow elbows MagiPink*

"I think he figured that out, Ahim."

*MagiPink rubs her side*

"Must you always be so physical, Luca?"

"Now, now, girls. Now's not the time to argue."

"Doc's right. We've got a mission."

*MagiRed turns to face Ryuki*

"Don't worry about Wiseman. We'll take care of him."

*He turns back to Wiseman*

"Let's go, team!"

*All five MagiRangers pull out a golden phone and flip it open. They extend, forming magic wands*

"Magi Magika!"

*They each send a blast of their respective color magic at Wiseman*

*Wiseman switches his ring and scans it*

"Barrier, Now!"

*A magic circle blocks the attacks. He switches rings again and scans it*

"Explosion, Now!"

*The ground under the Magirangers' feet explodes*

*The Magirangers fly backwards and land in varying positions. They get up*

"Maybe Magiranger isn't quite suited to this situation."

"Let's change, then!"

*All five of them pull out a bulky cell phone with a skull logo on the screen. They each pull out a key corresponding to their color*

"Gokai Change!"'

*They insert their keys into a slot on the phone's keypad and turn it*

"Goooookaiger!"

*Their suits change from caped magicians' wear to pirate wear. Their helmets change as well, resembling pirate hats*

"This is who we really are!"

*They line up again. The red-clothed hero points at Wiseman*

"GokaiRed!"

*The blue hero raises a paw to his hat*

"GokaiBlue!"

*The yellow hero runs her talon across the brim of her hat*

"GokaiYellow!"

*The green hero smooths his coat*

"GokaiGreen!"

*The pink hero bows to Wiseman*

"GokaiPink!"

*They all brandish cutlasses and flintlock pistols*

"Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger!"

"Let's put on a show!"

*The five Gokaigers rush Wiseman and attack him with their cutlasses*

~They're pirates now? What next, policemen?~

*Wiseman uses his spear to block the attacks, but one passes his block and hits him. He staggers back*

"Gah! You impudent pirates! Learn your place!"

*He switches his ring and scans it*

"Dupe, Now!"

*Several copies of Wiseman appear. Each replaces their ring with a different-colored ring and scans it*

"Yes! Thunder! Blizzard! Gravity! Special! Understand?"

*A wave of electricity, cold, and fire flies toward the Gokaigers as a gravity well holds them in place*

"Not so fast!"

*A silver blur crashes into Wiseman, disrupting the spells. A silver-clothed, Minotaur-shaped Gokaiger stands and glances at GokaiRed*

"You're late, Ikari!"

*The silver pirate walks toward the other Gokaigers*

"Sorry, Captain! I got caught up with... something."

"Did you lose your Ranger Key again?"

*The silver Gokaiger avoids GokaiYellow's gaze*

"Maybe... Regardless!"

*He turns to Wiseman*

"I have arrived! The sixth member of the Gokaigers! Goookaiii... Silver!"

*He strikes a powerful pose. The rest of the Gokaigers step up and line up with him*

"This guy's a wizard, right? Ooh! Can we use Dekaranger?"

"I don't see why not. Let's go, team!"

*They take out their phones and insert their keys. GokaiSilver takes out a different-shaped phone, opens the screen, and places his key inside before pressing a button*

"Emergency! Dekaranger!"

*The groups' outfits become more like police uniforms. Each has a number superimposed on the suit; Red is 1, Blue is 2, Green is 3, Yellow is 4, Pink is 5, and Silver has the roman numeral VI. Their helmets become like motorcycle helmets, with red lights on each side*

"One! Hating wickedness and cruelty!"

"Two! Pursuing great mysteries!"

"Three! Investigating with futuristic technology!"

"Four! Fighting malicious evil!"

"Five! With great speed, eliminating it!"

"Six! We are invincible!"

"SPD! Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger!"

*The lights on their helmets begin flashing red and emitting a siren*

*Wiseman stares in disbelief at the group*

~You have got to be kidding me. I'm not going to fight this group of psychos. I have standards, for Celestia's sake!~

*He switches his ring again*

"This is getting ridiculous. I'll be coming for you, Ryuki. Remember the name: Wiseman!"

*He scans his ring*

"Teleport, Now!"

*A magic ring appears beneath him and rises through his body, teleporting him far away*

"Wait! Get back here!"

*DekaYellow begins running forward, but DekaBlue stops her*

"He's gone, Luca. We'll get him next time."

*The group untransforms, revealing their real forms:
GokaiRed is a black dragon with red scales that vaguely suggest messy hair.
GokaiBlue is a powerfully-built Diamond Dog with a bluish-grey coat.
GokaiYellow is a slender, athletic-looking griffon with light feathers.
GokaiGreen is a thin, somewhat sickly-looking green pegasus with light brown hair.
GokaiPink is a beautiful pink unicorn with long black hair.
GokaiSilver is a towering grey minotaur with surprisingly small horns.
The group turns to Ryuki and breaks the chains binding her*

"Now that we've got a moment, we should properly introduce ourselves."

"I'm Captain Marvelous, leader of the Gokaigers."

"Joe Gibken, swordsmaster."

"I'm Luca Millfy, navigator and treasure hunter."

"My name's Don Dogoier. I'm the crew's doctor and strategist."

"I am Ahim de Famille, the diplomat of this team."

"Gai Ikari! I'm... um..."

*Gai looks at Marvelous*

"What do I do, again?"

"You swab the decks."

"Right! I- Wait! No! I do more than that!"

"You also cook whenever Doc's too busy."

"Come on, Captain! Give me some credit, here!"

"For what it's worth, your cooking is delicious."

"Well, thank you, Ahim, but I want to have a cool title like you guys do!"

"We'll think of something later. For now..."

*Luca turns to Ryuki*

"Who are you under that mask?"

*Ryuki looks over the motley crew before her*

"It's not a question of who I am under the mask, but who I really am."

*She takes the Ryuki card out of the DecaDriver and turns back into Val*

"I'm Valerie Orton. But I'm also Heat Sink, Haruto Soma, and... well, a bunch of others. You see..."

*Val explains her powers to the Gokaigers*

*The Gokaigers listen to Val's explanation*

"Your powers are kinda like ours."

"You see, we can use our Ranger Keys to change to different Ranger teams from history."

"Throughout history, there have been many Ranger teams that have protected Equestria from evil."

"Oh, no... Gai's started on his huge Ranger History lecture again..."

"They've always consisted of a red leader and a blue and yellow member, usually including green and pink members as well. Many groups also have a sixth Ranger, with powers similar but unlike the main groups' powers. These 'sixth Rangers' are usually gold or silver, but some are other colors."

"Once Gai starts talking about Rangers, he never shuts up."

"There have been 38 Ranger squads throughout history, including us. They've each had a different motif and powers, but the core ideals are always the same: to protect Equestria from evil."

"One problem, though: We aren't defending Equestria on a whim. We're space pirates, and we hate being tied down to one place."

"We're searching for the greatest treasure in the galaxy. It's supposed to be here on Equestria, but to get to it, we need to obtain the Grand Power of each Ranger squad."

"Gai's the only one that comes from Equestria. The rest of us are from other planets."

"But enough about us. What about you?"

"Me? I'm just a passing-through Kamen Rider. Well, technically, I'm about 20 passing-through Kamen Riders."

*Val pauses for a moment*

"Let me explain. I was once a hero very much like one of you Rangers. But, when DiEnd showed up, he turned me into what I am today: Decade, so-called 'destroyer of worlds'. He linked me to the parallel worlds that run by our own. Each parallel world is like our own, but different in some ways. Constants and variables. One world is entirely wind-powered, another is caught in a civil war, yet another is infested with space bugs. But there are some things that don't change. There's always an evil bent on taking over. There's always a city caught in the middle of everything. And there's always a Rider there to stop the evil."

*Val idly shuffles her card deck*

"I guess this world is no different. There's the villains like Cerebrum and Thrash. There's Maretropolis, the center of everything. And there's me, the Rider fighting against the evil. And, about the changing from a dragon to a pony? I'm not sure how or why it happened, but it's making it a heck of a lot easier to go undercover. I just have to make sure the villains don't figure out all of my disguises."

*Marvelous motions for the group to huddle. They whisper to each other for a bit, then turn to face Val again*

"Sounds like Maretropolis is in good hooves."

"But forgive us if we don't believe everything we hear."

"Who knows if you're actually as strong as you say you are?"

"There's only one way to find out for sure."

*The group takes out their phones and inserts their keys*

"Gokai Change!"

*They turn their keys. Gai presses a button on his phone*

"Goooookaiger!"

*They transform into their pirate-wear forms*

"We'd like to test your power, Valerie Orton. If you can defeat all six of us, we'll believe that you're as strong as you say you are."

*Val stares at them for a moment*

"Fine. I'll show you what I can really do!"

*She inserts a card into the DecaDriver*

"Kamen Ride: Decade!"

*She transforms into Decade*

"All right. Here are our terms."

"We'll fight you one at a time. No sense in ganging up on you."

"Each round, you can use one form, and only one form."

"Of course, we will adhere to this rule as well."

"If you defeat all six of us, we'll help you and fight against this DiEnd character."

"However! If you lose to any one of us..."

"...you hand over that Driver of yours, and all of your cards."

*GokaiRed steps forward*

"I'll let you see my form choice before you choose your own."

*He takes out his phone, inserts the key, and turns it*

"ToQGer, now arriving! Please stand behind the white line!"

*A white line materializes in the ground in front of Decade. GokaiRed's suit changes, becoming a plain red bodysuit with white gloves and boots. A black-and-white striped circle appears on his chest, with the number 1 in the middle. His helmet becomes vaguely shaped like a steam locomotive, with train tracks going across his visor*

"ToQ1, now departing! ToQ1, now departing!"

*The newly-changed ToQ1 strikes a pose*

"Victorious imagination! Ressha Sentai ToQGer!"

*GokaiYellow snickers a bit*

"You look ridiculous, Captain. Imagination? Seriously? What are you, 5?"

*ToQ1 looks at GokaiYellow*

"Trust me on this one."

*He turns back to Decade and points at her*

"Full speed ahead!"

*He draws a strange-looking sword*

"Hmm..."

*Decade flips through her cards. She takes one out and inserts it into the DecaDriver*

"Kamen Ride: Kiva!"

*Decade transforms into Kiva; her armor becomes black and red, and her visor becomes bat-like. Her back right leg is bound in chains, and the Kivatte driver appears on her belt. Bat wings sprout from her back, and she becomes a male pegasus*

"Time to feed, Kivatte."

"All right! Let's go, Wataru!"

*Kiva runs toward ToQ1 and kicks at him with his bound leg*

*ToQ1 blocks the kick with the dull side of his sword. He steps back, then swings the sword at Kiva*

*Kiva sidesteps the attack*

"Wataru! If you're gonna fight a swordsman, you need a sword!"

*Kiva takes out a blue whistle shaped like a wolf's head and puts it in Kivatte's mouth. It makes a noise like a dog whistle*

"Garuru Saber!"

*A blue aura appears in the sky and falls toward Kiva. He grabs it, and a curved sword appears in his right hoof. His front right leg and chestplate turn blue, as does his visor*

"Claw of the Wolfen! Garuru Saber!"

*Kiva slashes at ToQ1*

*ToQ1 tries to dodge, but fails. He is slashed across his shoulder, and stumbles back a few feet*

"You're fast. Better change up my strategy."

*He reaches for his wrist, where a small red model of a steam locomotive is attached to a bracer. He presses a button on the bracer and lifts the bar holding the model in place*

"Now untransforming! Please make your transfers now!"

*He removes the red train and inserts a blue one shaped like a bullet train*

"ToQ1! Red Line transferring to Blue Line!"

*His suit becomes blue, but the black-and-white circle and the number 1 remain. He draws a strange-looking gun shaped like a buffer stopper (the bumpers used to stop trains from going off the end of a track) and fires it at Kiva*

*Kiva is hit in the chest. He stumbles a bit before regaining his footing*

"Now he's got a gun? Well, you know what to do, Wataru!"

*Wataru takes out a green Fuestle shaped like a fish's head and gives it to Kivatte. It makes a sound like a trumpet*

"Basshaa Magnum!"

*The Garuru Saber disappears, as does Kiva's blue coloring. A green aura appears, and Kiva grabs it with his front left hoof. An aquatic, fish-like gun appears in his hoof, and his leg, chestplate, and visor turn green*

"Breath of the Mermen! Basshaa Magnum!"

*He turns and fires several blasts of compressed water at ToQ1*

*ToQ1 tries to shoot the water blasts out of the sky, but he misses. They hit him, and he falls over*

"Dang. Should have known that wouldn't work."

*He stands up, removes the blue train from his bracer, and inserts a yellow, subway-styled one*

"ToQ1! Blue Line transferring to Yellow Line!"

*His suit turns yellow, and his gun is replaced by a massive hammer shaped like a signal box*

"Let's see how you handle this!"

*With great effort, he lifts the hammer and swings it at Kiva*

*Kiva tries to catch the hammer, but he is swept off his feet by the force. He crashes into a wall and collapses*

"Arrgh!"

"Wataru! Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. It'll take more than that to stop me, Kivatte."

"Use power to counter power, Wataru!"

*Kiva stumbles to his feet, takes out a purple fist-shaped Fuestle, and gives it to Kivatte. It makes a noise like a foghorn*

"Dogga Hammer!"

*The Basshaa Magnum fades, and Kiva's armor returns to normal. A purple aura appears above Kiva and takes the form of a giant fist-shaped hammer. Kiva grips it with both of his front hooves, and his front legs, chestplate, and visor turn purple*

"Fist of the Franken! Dogga Hammer!"

*Kiva walks forward on his hind legs, dragging the hammer behind him. He walks to melee range of ToQ1, then swings the hammer as though it were weightless*
