If the story arc does not progress, it will remain open for 10 days; if it still sits idle, a new story arc will commence. A progression in my definition, counts as 2 or more posts within two hours tops. Two consecutive posts by the same character will not be counted.

-Sinrad comes back to grab his stuff for a One month excursion to his University, and leaves immediately without anyone knowing..

*A loud clattering is heard*

"Darn it! Why won't this part fit?"

*The door opens*

"Oh, hello, Crystal. How can I help you?"

"Am I interrupting something? I can come back later..."

"No, you're not interrupting anything. Please, come in."

*Crystal goes inside*

"What sort of machine are you working on?"

"Applejack asked me to build her a machine to help her harvest apples. This machine will carry many more apples than any single pony could. I call it... the Haul-It V2."

*Axle looks to the corner, where a pile of smoldering metal lies*

"That was the V1. It had a major problem with its cooling system, and it sort of melted. But never mind that. What can I help you with, Crystal?"

"I just need a couple parts to repair my gem generator. The capacitor's burned out, and the conveyor belt is torn."

"No problem. Just let me get new ones for you."

*He disappears behind a shelf, and returns with the new parts*

"Here you go."

"Thanks a lot, Mr. Gear."

*She gives Axle a bag of bits*

"Oh, no, there's no charge. I did build the generator, after all. Part replacement on my machines is always free!"

*Axle hands the bag of bits back*

*Fluttershy comes along with a large sheet of grid paper*

Fluttershy: "Mr. Gear? I found this at the edge of the Everfree Forest; I was thinking if this is yours."

*The piece of paper contains a precise to-scale skeleton of a large and elegant modern house, and a large floor plan on the backside.*

"Hmm... This can't be mine. The writing is too neat. It must be Sine's. Oh, but he's away at university. Maybe we should mail it to him."

*Suddenly, Derpy shows up*

Derpy: "Did someone say mail?"

Axle: "Hello, Ms. Derpy. Could you bring this to Sine Radian at the university?"

Derpy: "Okay! Piece of pie! Er, I mean cake!"

*Derpy takes the paper and flies off, hitting a tree on the way*

Axle: "Oh, dear. I hope that paper isn't terribly important..."

*Meanwhile, at the university*

SR: "Let's see here..."

SR: "Pencil... Check! Paper... Check! Ruler and other precision tools... Check! Rough draft...!"

SR: "Oh no! My draft!"

*Gets extremely anxious. He dashes to the University post office and writes a letter.*

"To: Axle Gear

I am in desperate need of my rough draft! Can you do me favor and try to search around Ponyville or my house to see if it is there? It is on a huge grid paper. I can't qualify into the contest without it!

*He places it in the HIGH PRIORITY Drop box, and he looked at the clock in anxiety.*

SR: "The contest starts in one hour... I still have some time..."

*Derpy approaches Sine*

Derpy: "I'm looking for a pony named... Oh, what was it... Sine Ray-Dean? I think that's it. Have you seen him?"
